Jacob Barajas-Santos
I'm Jacob Barajas-Santos, and I grew up in San Antonio, TX, was born in Moreno Valley, CA, and both of my parents are from Ayutla, Jalisco, Mexico. I recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where I majored in Radio-Television-Film. In my last semester, I was part of a "semester in LA" program where I learned that I wanted to call LA my new home. I currently spend my time on set as a Camera Assistant or at my desk as a Freelance Colorist.
Imani Clark
LA Based, union stagehand since 2016. expanding my career toward camera department, Local No. #600
Kandis Hutcherson
Kandis is an emerging writer/director based in Los Angeles. Her work centers her identity as a Black queer non-binary femme and other BIPOC LGBTQ+ stories. She received her B.A. in Creative Writing at Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA; followed by an M.F.A in Film and Media Arts at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Her debut short film, Edible, has played at the Arab Film Festival at the Arab National Museum, the Toronto Black Film Festival, and Outfest.
Nicolas Jara
Nic is a filmmaker and creative producer who hails from the San Francisco Bay Area, now nestled in LA. Nic's films have screened at festivals such as Outfest, San Diego Latino Film Festival, Outfest Fusion, and Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival. His screenplays have placed in contests at Atlanta Film Festival, Screencraft's Film Fund, and Vail Film Festival. Devoted to the craft of filmmaking, Nic loves to expand his tool belt with skills that encompass the vast medium.
Ryann Jet-Gleaton
Ryann Jet was born in Atlanta, GA. She is an accomplished Writer/Director, DIT and Stunt Performer. Her great attention to detail and extensive experience with Data Management and Color make her an excellent member of the camera team.
Jay Johnson
Jay Johnson is a filmmaker based in Atlanta, GA. His work consist of camera assisting long narrative Hollywood features and television series. He also has a passion for photography and music.
Chenelle King
My Name is Chenelle King, resident of Atlanta GA and I am a set costumer looking to transition onto the camera department.
Vanesa Moreno
Vanesa’s primary goals are to direct and write her own films while also photographing films as her love for film started with film cameras and her film photography class back in high school. Moving to LA and working at a rental house has evolved her skills in camera department and raised her desire to become a working DP and to eventually enter the camera union.
Mateo Nikolai Ortega
Mateo Nikolav is a photographer, director, and film producer based in Los Angeles, California. He is committed to new narratives that ask daring questions and eschew cliches; melding genres to explore authentic narratives that continually break ground on-screen.
Erika Smith
Erika is a multifaceted creative with over 15 years of production experience from Production Assistant to Post Production Coordinator whose passionate about helping others tell their stories through film. As a former videographer and editor, her goals are to advocate and raise awareness for Editors, mentor new and seasoned Editors, and continue teaching others video editing to elevate their careers. Erika lives by “Each One, Teach One” and will continue to be a catalyst in helping creatives in production.
