Alfredo Hernandez

A graduate of California State University, Los Angeles with a BA in Film and a Minor in Social Media Marketing, Alfredo Hernandez is a writer, director, and producer who has long been a champion for diversity and accessibility in Hollywood. Well-versed on and off set, he has completed the 2018 OutFest Fellowship program, the 2020 CBS Pipeline Challenge, and the 2021 Creative Futures Fellowship program. Alfredo is a Co-Founder of the writers' group The LatinXorcists. He occasionally writes and creates content for Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation subsidiary, Channel Kindness, and was most recently a Writers’ Assistant for Netflix’s Selena: The Series and Narcos: Mexico.

Jordan Brown

When JB was in school, he gained relationships between AMC Networks, Disney, & the Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program through internships. In July 2022, Jordan received his first official offer as a Post Production Assistant under the movie, “The Creator”. JB spent the next 14 months working on the feature film. Jordan hopes to continue his entertainment career in pre-production & production, where he hopes to eventually produce his own series as well as movies.

Jose Chavez

Jose Vicente Chavez is a Chicano writer and filmmaker, hailing from the vibrant town of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Raised by devout Catholic parents, he found solace in nightly rosaries to Our Lady of Guadalupe. Currently the Founder of The LatinXorcists, he fights for Latino inclusivity within the film industry. He most recently hosts a podcast called, Shared Nightmares, where he interviews creative Latinos in Hollywood.

Mari Arita

Mari Arita, based in Los Angeles, CA, is a seasoned production professional with a Bachelor's degree in Film & Electronic Arts: Production Management and a minor in Women’s, Gender, & Sexuality Studies from California State University, Long Beach. With extensive experience collaborating with industry leaders such as Amazon Prime and Vevo, Mari has closely worked with renowned artists including Tate McRae, Niall Horan, Demi Lovato, Post Malone, Green Day, Peso Pluma, and others. Mari is currently serving as Executive Assistant at Silverlining Films and through ongoing freelance production ventures at Vevo and other prominent organizations, Mari has refined their project management and coordination capabilities, overseeing the advancement of multiple high-profile productions. Their dedication to producing meaningful narratives and fostering inclusive environments fuels Mari’s passion for further advancement within the film industry.

Renee Jones

Renee works in TV and film production where she has been a production coordinator working for Discovery+, ABC, Amazon Studios, BET, Disney+, The Oscars, Emmy ®, The Super Bowl Halftime Show, NBC, FOX, and Paramount. She continues to work hard to break through her glass ceiling that so many people can relate to. Ultimately, she hopes to pay it forward by creating opportunities for the next wave of talented men and women in TV and Film.

Shanea Woods

Shanea Woods is a passionate film industry professional from LA. Her journey began as a teenager when she created short films in high school using a Sony HD camcorder and Windows Movie Maker software, leading her to pursue studies in film and television and gain experience as a filmmaker, however, she had to put her dreams on hold due to the lack of opportunities she faced in the industry. Despite this career setback, she returned to the industry in a post-COVID-19 world, working on many productions, such as "9-1-1: Lone Star," "America’s Got Talent," and recently, an ABC pilot sitcom. Shanea aspires to become a producer, dedicated to amplifying the stories of underrepresented communities.

Shanique Clarke

With a rich background in segment producing and overseeing the logistics of breaking news coverage, I have honed my skills in production along with budget management as the individual responsible for managing one of the largest budgets in HBO history. My tenure at CNN was marked by orchestrating the needs and meeting the expectations of special coverage, showcasing my organizational skills and passion for storytelling. From creative direction to interpersonal dynamics, my journey underscores a commitment to excellence in media. As a left-handed individual with aspirations to become an Executive Producer and open a Jazz Cafe in Pennsylvania, I strive to bring depth and innovation to every project I undertake.

Shelbrena Payne

Creative professional and dedicated production team member who can quickly learn and adapt into a multitude of roles. Experience in live event production management and event coordination. Open to all feedback that will elevate my current skill set, my creative abilities, and allow me to positively contribute and enhance productivity of the production company. I will continue to put my best foot forward in all that I do and go from there!
